Brooklyn's favorite flower child Chelsea Reject is back strong with Based. She bikes through the city while spitting about how original she is and specifies that this is exactly what is needed to take her to the top. People look at her differently but she believes they really can't say anything to her, due to the fact of how courageous she is and how there's no saving her anyway. I can really agree with this manifesto and love this femcee's outtake on life. Ride and believe with Based.
