If you want a story, look no further than "The Gentlemen's Movement." Shane Romero, the featured artist/poet, is from Brooklyn, NY so it's a no-brainer that he teamed up with Russell Simmons for this video. Not only was it produced by Russell, he used it for his clothing line Argyleculture. Spoken word was a big part of the foundation of hip-hop and this video does it so well, I had to post it. The smooth melodic hip hop/jazz beat fits perfect with Shane's strong pen game. The visuals of "The Gentlemen's Movement" tell a story of a “Urban Graduate” going from the streets to becoming a successful entrepreneur. What I want to know, is how this doesn't have a million views yet. Or event a thousand!
