Starting in May of 2015 and ending in April of 2016, we here at UHH will be searching for our favorite upcoming artist from each and every state. To do this we will actively scour the internet and take submissions every week until we find a great artist for each state. We will look for originality, potential, and overall quality. The winner from each state will receive special coverage here on UHH as well as become an officially verified UHH artist. Could it be you, your friend, or your favorite local act?
