Orchard Records & J Amore’ presented a special streaming album release party on Friday, March 27th via popular Instagram page of Hip-Hop artist @Young_Ra. The event, presented by J Amore’ and sponsored by Cult of Individuality & Detroit original, Al Wissam, included a full conversation with actor/artist Tray Chaney of The Wire & Saints and Sinners, Ron Poisson of Cult of Individuality, and a Q&A session with the man of the hour ,Young Ra (moderated by Radio personality and DJ on 97.9 WJLB, YaBigg DawgBlast). It was an exclusive streaming meet and greet with fans, DJs, Media, and industry executives. The release was a huge success, receiving over 230,000 streams in the first week for Young Ra and his new album “The Bodie Broadus Story”.
The album has an array of features, including Shady Records recording artist Royce da 5’9″ and Sada Baby. It was chosen as one of the “Most Anticipated Albums of 2020” by STREET HITTA DJS. Production on the album includes known producers @TekMatik on Instagram, who has an array of production credits on many feature projects & @lobby_beatz, who both produced the lead singles “I Strive” & “Mad At U” pulled from the album. “The Bodie Broadus Story” was executive produced by @jwitdababyface AKA Detroit's rap sensation “Baby J,” who is also partners with @joi_amore in the Sony orchard deal.
