A few months back I was planning an event with Synobia (founder of Show Your Nice) and she told me to check out shesRYAN. I started following her on Instagram and Twitter to see what she is about. One thing that stood out to me is that she is one of the baddest ladies in the upcoming scene. She makes incredible music and is one of the sexiest emcees in the game. About a month ago, she released her debut EP (Hood Hippie) and it is exactly what I like to hear from an artist's first project. It only has one feature (Manolo Rose) and is almost exclusively produced by Fame School Slim. She doesn't stick to one genre either. She has a perfect blend of Hip-Hop, Dance, Pop, and Rock throughout Hood Hippie making it an EP you can listen to over and over. ShesRYAN told VIBE that she knew she wanted to make music since she was 10 years old which make sense because her confidence level is up there with the greats. Every part of every track on Hood Hippie is QUALITY. She is a legend in the making not only because she can make great music but because she shows love to her fans.
