Bay Area native Bledjon releases debut album entitled The Popular Loner. The 14 track project starts off with a beautifully written spoken word piece that sets the mood for the whole album. Where he may lack in delivery and flow Bledjon makes up for it with intense lyricism and astute wordplay. Accompanied by a smooth sound production, Bledjon let's us in on his life story with tracks like "Monsters" and "Captain Planet" while "Letter Men" let's us know how he took a liking to rapping and how he can go toe to toe with rappers in the game today. On the track "Doughnuts" Bledjon talks about how he made money in order to pursue his rap career. "The Popular Loner" is filled with lyrical content and metaphors that are so simple, yet so dope that you have to laugh. I'd bump it again
