I really like the music that has been coming out of the UK this year. After a sensational debut album, Little Simz hits the internet with an EP titled: Age 101: Drop X. This is the 10th installment of her Age 101 series and another wonderful EP under her own label with the same name.

Little Simz is such a delight to hear on the mic. She was bred in North London and you can tell she draws out her experiences with alluring dialect, captivating rhythm, and confidence a master femcee should have. Age 101: Drop X is a chill, laid-back adventure right before the balls drops. My favorite track is the Savage freestyle. Little Simz is such a diverse artist and can go from calm to hype beats effortlessly.

The UK is making a name in the Hip-Hop community. Many of the emcees I like from the country embody the aspect of lyricism in their music. I couldn't ask for more.
