With inspired gothic-esque pianos, Ari Serrano brings laconic bars to his music juxtaposed against a heart-wrenching, pleading voice. The introspection which comes with this song is a refreshing change from the usually radio rotation. Connecticut's Ari Serrano is not only bringing his own flavor to the forefront of indie hip-hop, but is also deviating away from typical subject matter of what this genre addresses and I for one am glad. Ari Serrano has performed for Team BackPack and will be headlining for UHH on September 19th at Rakit Club.
