I was at Radamiz's CD release party the other night and Quincy Vidal opened up for him. I never know what to expect when a band or artist hits the stage. In this case; I was blown away. Not only was the band amazing, both emcees commanded the stage like veterans. I made sure to introduce myself after their set by congratulating them on a great performance. I also told them to send me their latest video and here we are. "Chi'ren" was premiered on Billboard and is the title track for their latest EP which was released with Styles Upon Styles, a Brooklyn record label. This video couldn't be anymore Brooklyn. They explain it best by saying "That bike riding you see in the video was just what we thought was a genuine representation of our Brooklyn life. We had to showcase that with our closest homies. Winter in Brooklyn isn't pretty. Neither is life in your early twenties. Gotta show that. This is the real." There's no question that Quincy Vidal can rap with the best of them.
