Connecticut rapper 4ourty8 might be (low-key) one of then nicest coming from the state. The young emcee has shown a lot of promised over the past couple months and I've heard he has some amazing track in the vault that are due out this year. He compares himself to a successful basketball player in his latest release, "Andre Drummond", who plays center for the Detroit Pistons. He references "posting up on the block" throughout the hook meaning two different things. On the streets, it means hanging out on your street. In basketball, it means putting yourself in position near the hoop. You would think 4ourty8 is a seasoned veteran by the way he delivers his verses. His confidence and flows stand out to me.
