Nawgawd is back on our pages but this time with a music video premiere. "Gawd Is Coming" is Nawgawd's latest visual and first single from his upcoming project The Glorious Adventures Of NAMGAWD which is due out this December. The New York rapper brings the bars over a hard-hitting EV instrumental. I am really enjoying this new wave of artists focusing on lyrics over vibes especially the way hip-hop is headed and who is popular now. One of my favorite lines in the track is; "the kids are saying lyricism is outdated // probably because their idols downplay it." If Nawgawd's unreleased music is anything like this, expect to see a lot more of him on UpcomingHipHop.net.
