Christmas came early for the indie Hip-Hop community. Aesop Rock and Homeboy Sandman come together to bring you Lice. This 5 track EP brings together combative lyricism and head-bobbing beats effortlessly. Both New York bred emcees have been in the scene for quite sometime. The Queens representative, Homeboy Sandman, won one of the best Hip-Hop Acts in NYC in 2008.

Aesop Rock (not ASAP rocky) needs more respect. A lot of the weirdo, alternative Hip-Hop you have come to love wouldn't be around if the boy from Long Island didn't start spitting. Shout out to the strongest island on the east coast. A wide catalogue of quality hip hop has come out of that side (spent almost 8 years commuting from Manhattan to Brooklyn to Nassau and even Suffolk county growing up) and the peninsula has a very small spot in my heart.
