[Audio] "Young Negus Way" - Boss Carrot

"As artist if you aren't growing you aren't living and if you not living you have no experiences to write about. At this point of my life i feel like a King in my own right. So i give y'all Young Negus Way." -Boss Carrot

The Brooklyn native serves up fullbodied bars that remind us why he is the Boss. Young Negus Way generates love and hate. No matter the response, you will feel something. Through music, Boss highlights the problems in our reality and offers solutions to “Life is Good and it's Getting Better.” With his first solo project, Vegetables, Boss takes us on a ride through his life in Bed-Stuy (neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY) where the street life played a large part in his upbringing. With melodic and alluring tracks like “Long Way” and “Welcome to Brooklyn” Boss teaches all to eat your vegetables. He illustrates that through adversity comes life-long lessons. On his second project, the cinematic train ride, BQE, Boss worked alongside brethren and MC Henry Blanco. Together the complimenting collabo, known as Stoners Garden, take us on the iron horse with the story of two like minds growing together through music. The thoughtful Boss and laid-back Blanco breeze through with euphoric flows alongside the magnetic mixing and producing by mastermind LightUpp.
